    Follow the steps below ONLY if your membership was extended due to the museum’s COVID-19 closure

  • Follow the steps below to access your account and activate your membership extension
    1. Click the menu button
    2. Select log in
    3. Enter the email address associated with the membership
    4. Select forgot your password
    5. Enter the email address associated with the membership and click the request reset link. If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder. 
    6. Follow the prompts and complete the password reset process. 
    7. Log into your account, update your information, and see your membership information, including the expiration date.
