Wonder Works is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to changing lives through creative play.
Our mission is to spark curiosity and creativity in every young child through positive, play-based learning — regardless of financial need.
For decades, our North Avenue home has offered high-quality, play-based programming for the youngest members of our community. Through daily educational programming, new art, literacy, engineering, and science materials, and thoughtfully maintained exhibits, Wonder Works continues to grow as a place where children can play, discover, and learn.
Support the Magic
Every donation helps fund free and reduced-cost admission, new exhibits, and hands-on learning for every child.
Exhibits and Zones
Wonder Works is home to nine permanent exhibits and two dedicated play zones — each one designed to spark learning, creativity, and imagination through hands-on play. Every space invites kids and adults to play side by side, building connection one discovery at a time. And for families with more than one little explorer, our open sightlines make it easy to keep an eye on everyone at once, so you can relax.
