Tuesdays and Wednesdays are reserved just for school and daycare field trips at Wonder Works.
Your group gets two full hours of private access to all nine of our permanent exhibits — no crowds, no sharing, just your kids and hands-on fun. Every exhibit is designed to build STEM concepts, math skills, and gross and fine motor development, all through collaborative play. It’s learning that doesn’t feel like learning — and your group will love every minute of it.

Booking a Private Field Trip
- Wonder Works may be reserved for Field Trips on Tuesday or Wednesday for a 2-hour window between 9am-11:30am or 12pm-2pm for groups of up to 40 adults and children.
- The fee for Field Trip sessions is $400.
- Larger groups can be accommodated for $11 per each additional person, up to 125 individuals.
- Use of the art room can be added to your field trip reservation for $85.
- A $100 deposit is required to reserve your field trip date.
- Socks are required for all guests.

Visiting During Open Hours
Small groups: Always welcome to drop in — just know that admission isn’t guaranteed during high-capacity times.
Groups of 12+: Daycare and school groups larger than 12 must complete a quick orientation upon arrival, and maintain a 1:4 adult-to-child ratio for proper supervision.
Snack room access: Shared with all museum visitors during open hours and isn’t available for exclusive group use.
