Parties during Museum Open Hours

• Parties during museum open hours are on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:30AM – 1PM or 2PM – 3:30PM for groups of up to 20 adults and children. 
• Party rates are $350 for the first 20 people. Your guest total includes all adults and children that are one or older in attendance, including the party hosts and birthday child. Up to 5 additional guests may be added for $15 per person, maximum of 25 guests.
• Wonder Works members receive a discounted party rate of $315.
• Party guests can enjoy full-day museum admission in addition to their 90 minutes of exclusive use of the party room. 
• Bring your own cake, food, and drinks and our staff will help with service, set up and clean up.
• Complimentary table coverings (pick a color from our rainbow selection) as well as white plates, cups, and disposable silverware. 
• Party kit containing candles, a lighter, tape, and a cake server
• Special Birthday Stickers for the birthday child and guests
• Birthday shout-out on museum PA system
• Free WiFi

A non-refundable deposit of 50% required to hold your party spot. The remaining party balance will be due on the day of your party. We only run one party at a time and you have exclusive use of the party room for your event. Once you book your party, we turn all other inquiries away.

Private Parties

• Private parties can be reserved for your choice of a 2-hour window between 5PM and 8PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. 
• Party rates are $600 for the first 40 guests (adults and children total, including party hosts). Additional adults and children are welcome for $15/person.
• Our museum can accommodate parties as large as 125 people.
• Wonder Works members receive a discounted party rate of $540 for private parties.
• Our snack room accommodates 25 people and additional tables can be set up in the front lobby for additional food and present or goody bag tables. All food must remain on the laminated flooring as the rest of Wonder Works is food-free. 

Private Wonder Works Parties include:

• 2 hours of exclusive use of all museum exhibits, as well as an additional 30 minutes for set up prior to your 2-hour window.
• Your choice of a special activity: staff-led parachute play or use of the art room for 45 minutes
• Staff assistance with set up and clean up
• Bring your own cake, food, and drinks and our staff will help with service, set up and clean up.
• Complimentary table coverings (pick a color from our rainbow selection) as well as white plates, cups, and disposable silverware. 
• Party kit containing candles, a lighter, tape, and a cake server
• Special Birthday Stickers for the birthday child and guests
• Birthday parade led by the birthday child
• Free WiFi

• Slime Making Art Project – $10/child
• Tie Dye Bandanna Making Art Project – $10/child
